Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered for fees paid for services that have not yet been substantially performed. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced (e.g. editing, review, or consultation sessions have been delivered).

No refund is available for completed one-off consultations or delivered sessions.

Where only part of a service has been delivered, a partial refund may be considered for the undelivered portion. Any such offer is at Zenith Academia's discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing (e.g. by email) within 14 days of payment. Requests received after this window may not be considered.
